Sea Island Suds Laundromat offers both self-service and full-service laundry options to meet diverse customer needs. The self-service area features commercial-sized washers and dryers with competitive pricing: Small (20lb) washers at $6.00, Medium (40lb) at $8.00, and Large (55lb) at $10.00. Medium dryers cost $0.60 per 5 minutes while large dryers are $1.00 per 6 minutes. Additional wash options include warm water (+$0.20), hot water (+$0.50), and extra rinse/heavy soil (+$0.35) with no charge for delicate or quick rinse cycles. The specialty drop-off service caters to high-quality items including down-filled/poly-filled comforters, blankets, coverlets, pillow shams, slip covers, household laundry, bed linens, and tablecloths. For customer convenience, the facility provides extra large folding tables and operates with extended hours for both washing (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat-Sun 9am-4pm) and drying (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm, Sat-Sun 9am-4:30pm). Note that payment requires dollar bills (denominations 1, 5, 10, 20) as coins are not accepted, and rugs and animal laundry are prohibited.
