Rinse offers a seamless door-to-door service. You simply schedule a pickup online or through the app, and a Rinse Valet will arrive to collect your clothes. Your items are then cleaned by expert local partners according to your preferences and delivered right back to your door.

Rinse provides a comprehensive range of services, including Wash & Fold laundry, Dry Cleaning, Launder & Press, and a special Hang Dry option for delicates. The company also handles household items and offers free clothing donation pickups with any order.

Pickups and deliveries are conveniently scheduled between 8pm and 10pm. On the day of your service, you will receive a text message at 5:30pm with a more precise 30-minute arrival window, so you know exactly when to expect your Valet.

No, you do not need to be home. For maximum flexibility, you can simply provide instructions during signup to let your Valet know where to find your clothes for pickup or where to leave them upon delivery.

Pay-As-You-Go Wash & Fold service is priced at $2.99 per pound. To ensure the highest level of service, all orders have a minimum value of $30, excluding any fees.

The standard turnaround time for most orders is typically between 3 to 4 days. If you need your Wash & Fold order sooner, a next-day rush service is also available for an additional fee.
