North End Laundry is open seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Please note that the doors lock at 9:30 PM, and the last load of laundry must be started no later than 9:30 PM to allow enough time for completion before closing. There is no re-entry after 9:30 PM.

Customers can wash and dry a load of laundry for as little as $5.50, depending on the size of the machine chosen. North End Laundry offers various machine sizes to accommodate different laundry needs and budgets.

North End Laundry accepts multiple forms of payment for customer convenience, including coins, credit/debit cards, loyalty cards, and DexterPay mobile payment options. Change machines are also available on-site.

North End Laundry is owned and operated by the Morch family, with Chad Morch leading the business. Chad has over 15 years of experience in the laundromat industry and grew up working in the family business. The building has housed a laundromat since 1980 when Chad's father first purchased it.

Lost and found items are kept in the attendant room. Unclaimed clothes left overnight are bagged and placed near the side entry door. If items remain unclaimed for more than 48 hours, they are donated.
