For the wash-and-fold service, drop-off and pick-up times are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

For your convenience, you can pay for self-service laundry using either coins or the Speed Queen mobile app, which accepts Apple and Google Pay. The location code for the app is 'Dirty1'.

What is the difference between standard and premium wash-and-fold services?

The standard service costs $1.90 per pound and includes washing with our house detergent, drying, and folding. The premium service, at $2.25 per pound, adds extra care, including separating whites and darks, pre-treating stains, and using Tide detergent and a laundry booster for heavily soiled clothes.

Can you handle large items like comforters or sleeping bags?

Absolutely! Dirty Laundry Lounge offers special per-item pricing for bulky items. For example, a king comforter is $25, a queen is $22, a sleeping bag is $20, and a pair of shoes is $10. An additional $5 fee applies to any feather or down-filled items.

Can I use my own detergent or request a special one?

Yes, you are welcome to bring and use your own detergent and softener for your laundry. Additionally, the lounge offers All Free & Clear and Downy Free & Clear products by request at no additional charge for those with sensitivities.

How long does the wash-and-fold service typically take?

Most wash-and-fold orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours, as long as they are dropped off before 7:00 PM. Orders received after that time will be ready after the next scheduled wash-and-fold shift.

Are there any items that you will not accept for service?

For the safety of the staff and equipment, Dirty Laundry Lounge reserves the right to decline service for items that are extremely soiled with hazardous materials, such as human or animal waste, mold, mildew, gasoline, or excessive pet hair.
