For your first pickup, you can use any bag similar in size to a 13-gallon kitchen trash bag. Upon return, your clean laundry will be in a brand new, reusable Laundry Party bag, which is slightly larger than a 13-gallon bag.

That's no problem at all. When placing your order, you can select the 'unattended' option. Simply leave your laundry in a designated spot where the driver can easily find it, and they will do the same for delivery.
