No, you don't need to be home. Laundry Bins offers a contactless service. Simply place your laundry bag in a visible area near your front door or another designated spot, and you'll receive text notifications to track the status of your pickup and delivery.

Your clothes are treated with the utmost care. Laundry Bins uses its own proprietary hypoallergenic detergent and ensures all clothes are dried on gentle, low-heat cycles that do not go above 125 degrees to protect your garments.

Laundry Bins provides a wide range of services to meet all your needs, including wash & fold, professional dry cleaning, commercial laundry services, expert stain removal, and ironing and pressing. Same-day service is also available upon request.

Memberships offer great value with discounted rates on laundry and free pickup and delivery. You're charged a flat amount once a month for your selected plan. There are no long-term contracts, so you can change or cancel your flexible, month-to-month plan at any time.

While standard membership covers your regular laundry, additional services such as dry cleaning or cleaning of special household items are billed separately. However, members benefit from preferred rates on these extra services.

Getting your laundry bags is easy. You can pick them up at a local Laundry Bins or Starcrest Cleaners location, or you can simply send a text or make a request online to have them delivered to your home free of charge.
