The facility is open seven days a week from 7:30am to 9:00pm, with the last wash starting at 8:00pm. For wash & fold drop-off or pickup, attendants are available to assist you daily from 7:30am to 5:30pm.

For self-service laundry, the machines operate on the LaundroWorks Card system. You can load value onto a card using cash, credit, or debit at the in-store kiosk. For wash and fold services, both credit/debit cards and cash are accepted.

For self-service, washer prices range from $4.18 for a 2-load machine to $17.52 for a 10-load machine, and all dryers are free with a wash. The wash & fold service is $1.89/lb for next-day and $2.25/lb for same-day service. Pickup and delivery is $1.89/lb for recurring service and $2.20/lb for a one-time request. A $35 minimum applies to all wash & fold and delivery orders.

Yes, for the safety of the staff and equipment, One Planet Laundry does not accept certain items for its wash & fold or delivery services. This includes heavily soiled items, rugs, comforters, or anything contaminated with bodily fluids, animal hair, or harsh chemicals like gasoline.

Simply leave your laundry out for the driver, and the professional team will collect it, wash, dry, and fold it, then deliver it back to your doorstep in a reusable, eco-friendly bag.
