Beyond self-service, customers can take advantage of drop-off Wash & Fold, a special 'Stuff Service' for up to 35 lbs per bag, and even local pick-up and delivery within Arcata. The facility features a wide array of modern, energy-smart equipment, including 24 single/double load washers, 10 triple-load machines, and 2 giant 50 lb capacity washers, plus regular and large-capacity dryers. Payment is simple with a smart card system (a refundable deposit is required), as well as cash, coin, credit/debit, and cardless options. For ultimate convenience, customers using a smart card can request the free transfer service, where staff moves laundry from washer to dryer.
