About Tiger Laundry

Founded by Auburn University alumni and longtime Auburn residents Julie and Scott Donaldson, Tiger Laundry was born from a genuine understanding of the busy lives of students. Inspired by their own children's experiences at the university, they created a service to give students and their families one less thing to worry about. Tiger Laundry is built on trust and a personal touch, operating with a commitment to providing a practical and reliable service for the Auburn community. To ensure peace of mind, every customer's garments are washed separately in specially coded bags and are never mixed with other orders.

Tiger Laundry simplifies laundry day with convenient, semester-based service plans tailored for student life. Choose from the Normal Plan, which includes 20 pounds of bulk laundry per week, or the Active Plan for a generous 30 pounds. For special garments, a separate Dry Cleaning service is also available. All plans conveniently include taxes, fees, and scheduled pickup and delivery. Students drop off their laundry at a designated time and location on campus, and it’s returned fresh, folded or hung, within 48 hours. Plans are paid for in advance, and there are no surprise charges if a bag is slightly over the estimated weight. As a bonus, the company offers a referral program that gives a $10 credit to both the referrer and the new customer.

When and where do pickup and delivery take place?

Pickup and delivery follow a regular weekday schedule. Students can drop off and pick up their laundry with a Tiger Laundry van attendant at a specified time and location near their residence hall.

What happens if I lose or damage my laundry bag?

If a laundry bag is lost, a small $10 replacement fee will be charged. However, if a bag gets damaged from just normal wear and tear, Tiger Laundry is happy to replace it at no cost.

Is there a referral program?

Yes, there is! Through the referral program, when you refer a new family, both you and the family you referred will receive a $10 credit as a thank you.
