Getting started is easy: customers can purchase a laundry card at an in-store kiosk for a $1 fee, which is refunded when the card is registered. Value can be added to the card using cash, credit, or debit cards. For a full-service experience, a professional Wash & Fold service is available seven days a week. Customers can simply drop off their laundry, and the expert attendants will sort, wash, dry, and neatly fold everything. Each customer's laundry is always processed separately. To provide extra value, Soaps N Suds offers a loyalty rewards program, a refer-a-friend bonus that gives both parties a $10 credit, and a $5 discount for new email subscribers.
