The laundromat was purchased in 2022 by resident Lena Stewart, who envisioned a fresh start for her family and a better laundry experience for her neighbors. This dedication is clear in the company's philosophy, which prioritizes exceptional customer service and providing a clean, safe, and truly welcoming space for everyone. As the only fully attended coin laundromat in Pascagoula, Lena's Laundry stands out by ensuring staff is always available to assist, reflecting its core mission to be a dependable and friendly local resource.
Lena's Laundry offers a comprehensive suite of services to meet every laundry need in Pascagoula. For self-service customers, the facility is equipped with new, efficient front-load washing machines in 20-lb, 40-lb, 60-lb, and 80-lb capacities, plus a range of dryers, all accepting coins or credit/debit cards. A unique benefit is the free ozone sanitation provided with every wash. For ultimate convenience, a full-service Wash & Fold is available, priced at $1.85 per pound for next-day service or $2.50 per pound for same-day. The popular Pickup & Delivery service is just $2.00 per pound, with a $20 minimum in Pascagoula and a $30 minimum for the surrounding Gulf Coast area. Lena's Laundry also provides robust commercial laundry solutions for local businesses like salons, restaurants, and medical clinics, utilizing industrial-grade machines to handle large volumes with ease. The entire laundromat is always fully attended and features great new lighting for a safe and pleasant experience.
